My apologies for the lack of posting yesterday – I was dealing with an epic furniture delivery that involved putting our new master bedroom set through the second floor window. It took a while & it was mildly stressful to watch our new furniture being lifted up into the air but everything ended well and our new bedroom pieces are now in their new home. Everything looks perfect and we couldn’t be happier!
Since we haven’t even been in our new place a full week yet, it’s going to take some time until we have everything 100% in its place. But I thought it would be fun to give you a little sneak peak into our new home at all of my favorite little details. There are so many things I love about it – did I mention our house was built 90 years ago? It has some great little quirks about being an older home while also having some great renovations & upgrades.

favorite moving story: my dad recruiting a random person on the street to help move a couch that did NOT fit into my place (silly, skinny row homes!). poor kid was exhausted and probably twisted his ankle. had to run and grab him a six pack as a thank you before he disappeared into the abyss!
