I love surprises – especially surprises I get to share!
The lovely folks at Teva recently contact me – they just launched their new TevaSphere collection and I am one of the lucky ones that gets to try it out first. I was sent an official TeveSphere kit, which contained lots of exciting goodies:
- TeveSphere Trail eVent shoes
- GoPro Hero 3 HD Camcorder
- 16 MB SanDisk Memory Card
- Camelbak Hydration Cloud Walker backpack
- Carabineer flash drive
- Moisture-wicking t-shirt
Seriously, this is one of the most exciting packages I’ve gotten in a long time! I was so excited when I opened the box. I was pumped about all the goodies – I’m dying to make an awesome video for you with the GoPro – but I really couldn’t wait to try out the new shoes!
The TeveSphere collection features a modular pod-based arch support system and a spherical heel. This provides the stability and support mordern outdoor athletes need while delivering the natural biomechanics and lightness of the minimalist footwear movement.
There are four different models available in the TevaSphere collection – the Speed, Trail eVent, Trail, and the Trail Mid eVent – all of which feature different outdoor cross-trainer performance benefits.
I got to check out the TevaSphere Trail eVent – which features an eVent breathable waterproof membrane, sturdy design and toe bumper for added protection. These shoes are made to improve your stride, reduce impact and promote stability on unpredictable terrain.
These shoes are different from any other pair I own, in a really cool way. I love the fact that they give you the lightweight, minimalistic feel in a running shoe but without sacrificing stability. I received these shoes last week and was able to take them on a few runs – on Kelly Drive & along Wissahickon Creek – and they really felt great – very stable & light & easy to run in.
