Sweet Baby Ray’s

Tonight we are having BBQ for dinner! The house smells like barbecue sauce and it’s an amazing thing!

We were lucky enough to score a extra pork shoulder, Sweet Baby Ray’s & an easy crock pot recipe from Charles’ parents during a recent visit. I was excited to whip it up for a tasty meal! How to make the pulled pork BBQ couldn’t be easier – I put the  pork in the crock pot this morning, let it sit on high for about 8 hours covered in the sauce a little salt & pepper and some water and then dinner is served! I checked on it throughout the day & gave it a stir every now and then but after 7 hours in the cooker, the meat was falling off the bone. It was so easy & super tasty.

I always make my BBQ sandwiches topped with coleslaw. It’s necessary for me.

The BBQ had lots of flavor & was super tasty. The perfect Thursday evening meal!
