New Twist, Old Favorite

Tonight I prepared a new twist on an old favorite. I am not the kind of blogger to post about every meal I eat, so you might not know that at least once a week, I make Spicy Thai Peanut Sprouts. It tastes amazing and seriously brings the heat, but sometimes I like to recreate it in new ways.

Tonight instead of zucchini, I used cauliflower and Brussels sprouts!

Shh! I didn’t tell Fiancé that Brussels sprouts were involved. He claims he doesn’t like them but has never had them…until tonight. He probably would never have known they were even in there until now….Whoops! Haha!  I mean….Surprise! 🙂

If you ask me, they were the perfect combination!

I love that green and white color!

As per usual, I added some Garlic Gold to the mix.

While I waited for everything to cook, I enjoyed a little adult beverage.

This was my first Murphy-Goode experience, and let me just tell you that it was a good one! YUM!

While I enjoyed my drink, dinner started to look ready.

I combined it with a little brown rice and a slice of lime & we were in business! I enjoyed tonight’s dinner in my Salsabol and it didn’t disappoint!

This dish might not look like much, but its seriously tasty and so easy to make! You can add any veggies you want and the spicy peanut sauce makes it taste amazing!

What is your favorite dish to recreate again and again with different veggies?
