Subtitle: Jackson on a Boat!
How was your Labor Day weekend?
I had a great time down in Delaware spending time with my family.
The highlight of my weekend was when we hit up Fenwick Island for a little eating and fun!
The family headed over to Catch 54 to enjoy a little lunch along the water.
We were excited to eat lunch outside and enjoy the lovely weather.
Jackson was also pumped that he could come along too.
For lunch I enjoyed a lovely crab cake sandwich.
Something about being down at the beach always makes me crave crab cakes!
We all split a side of delicious potato fries.
And fiancé and I split a brew.
After our lovely lunch it was time to hit the cove!
My parents wanted to check out a pontoon boat this weekend so we decided to rent one and take it out on the bar for a bit!
Let me just start by saying that it was a lovely day for a boat ride!
Have you ever been on a pontoon boat?
We drove by lots of pretty houses along the water. I want one.
The absolute best part of the entire pontoon ride was watching Jackson on the boat.
He is such a little stud! Jackson loved having the wind blow through his fur on the bay!
Jackson enjoyed sitting in this little nook in the corner of the front of the boat. He was holding on for dear life and loving it!
I had a field day taking pictures of Jackson enjoying his day!
Let’s face it…Jackson and I are in love!
While Jackson, my mom and I hung out in the front of the boat my dad, uncle and fiancé hung out in the back!

When Jackson wasn’t hanging himself off the side of the boat he would curl himself into a ball and get some sun and then he would enjoy an ice cube to cool off.
Fiance and I cooled off in the front of the boat.
Jackson would check up on us to make sure we didn’t go overboard.
Fiance and I enjoyed a beer while my dad drove the boat.
Jackson continued living the dream.
Then it was time to break out Jackson’s life vest.
He wasn’t too much of a fan of it, but I thought he looked super cute in it! Safety First!
After an hour or so on the boat it was time to beat the heat and jump in the bay! The water was very lovely and it wasn’t too deep.
As you all know, I have swam in Much, MUCH worse, so this was pretty much a cake walk swim! 🙂
Are you sick of seeing pictures of Jackson yet? I didn’t think so!
After my swim I found Jackson pretty much passed out.
This was a lot of fun for such a little pup!
It was a long fun day in the sun for all of us!
We ended up boating down to the Ocean City and back, which was a lovely ride.
Next on the agenda – Convince my dad to get a boat!
It’s Jackson approved! 🙂
Obviously we had a blast this weekend!
