….The weekend continues….
I feel like this is a weekend post that never ends. It was just such a jam-packed, fun filled weekend for me and I really wanted to document it all on the blog.
After our amazingly, incredible engagement session and our quick and fun little trip to Lancaster, PA – It was time for A.J. & Jill’s wedding. The wedding and reception was held in the romantic ballroom of the Cork Factory Hotel.
The ceremony was short and sweet. After a little walk down the aisle, a little chat with the priest…
…and a little kissin’ of the bride…
…The new Mr. & Mrs. Garabedian walked back down the aisle as husband and wife! It was a lovely ceremony.
After the ceremony there was a cocktail hour held outside on the terrace while the ballroom was flipped. Such a beautiful evening for it, the weather was perfect! Fiancé and I were all decked out in red!
Kate and Noodles were matching in blue. We swear it wasn’t on purpose!
During the cocktail I enjoyed a lovely Troegs.
Kate and I had fun catching up.
Then it was time to sign the wedding plate giving the happy couple our well wishes!
After a while we were lucky enough to steal a few minutes with the lovely blushing bride. First, lets check out the back of her dress.
I love the cut and the detail of it! So pretty!
Jill and A.J. were so happy and in love!
Obviously Kate and I planned to be patriotic, knowing the bride would be in white. A little red, white and blue love!
But can we just take a moment and embrace Jill’s sass-a-frass heels she was hiding under her wedding gown. I love the yellow heels! They were hot Hot HOT! Ow Ow!
Jill’s sister, the Matron of Honor, wore a matching pink pair. The other bridesmaids wore silver shoes. I love the little detail of matching shoes between sisters. So adorable.
I love my old roommates, Jill & Kate! They ladies are amazing!
When it was time to head into the reception, I switched over to red wine to go with dinner.
On our way into our seats we passed the cake!
Kate and I (along with our handsome dates) managed to score seats at Table 2 – right next to the Bride & Groom’s table. We felt pretty much like celebrities.
A big theme of the evening was wonderfully colorful spring flowers. A gift at each seat was a cute little packet of daisy seeds and a little pot. Daisy’s are some of my favorite flowers. I love the simple elegance of them and can’t wait to plant these!
I was sort of obsessed with the gorgeous flowers at the table.
Each table number had pictures of the bride and groom at that age. This is a picture of A.J. & Jill at 2. So sweet!
Ok, I don’t know why, but I LOVE this picture of the bride and groom walking into the reception. A little blurry, but I love it!
First dance sweetness.
One of the first few kisses as a married couple. I felt a little bit like a stalker talking pictures constantly the entire night, but I took all of these pictures for my friend Jill. I hope she likes some of my shots.
Dinner was in buffet form which was nice because then you can pick what you want. I had some salmon, pasta green beans and some bread. It was all very yummy.
And then it was time to dance the night away!
I only danced for a few songs but fiancé managed to snap a few pictures of me getting my groove on with the bride.
I am pretty sure after posting these pictures, people might want to hire me as a professional dancer, but I should probably just put it out there that I am not interested. Thanks. 🙂
My favorite part of any wedding might be the bride and groom cutting the cake!
I do my part to fully support the bride and groom by eating the cake.
Such is the rough life of a wedding guest!
The cake and chocolate covered strawberries were delightful. I cleaned my whole plate and might have stolen a bite or two from fiancé’s plate too!
Wedding Cake = Life changing
So happy for the bride and groom. Congratulations to Jill & A.J.!

Looks like you had a lot of fun! Loved so many details: the back of her dress, the pop of color shoes, the table numbers with pics, and the Gerber daisies. Very gorgeous!

i LOVE that she wore yellow shoes.
A lovely wedding – loved your red, white and blue dresses – So cute! It's nice that the three of you are still good friends after everyone moved out! I'm sure you all will remain good friends after everyone is married.
