Packing is HARD! I am the absolute worst packer ever. I start by going through my entire closet, and putting everything I might possibly be interested in wearing in a big pile on the floor.
Jackson decided to lay in that pile accordingly.
I then break everything down into separate piles and divide and conquer. It takes a while because I always want to pack so much for every possible event and weather pattern! I’m only going away for 4 nights 5 days, but you can be sure my bags are packed to the brim!
Is it unnecessary for me to bring this many bags for my long weekend? Whatevs, that’s how I roll!

Fiancé was awesome and made me some pizza while I went through my crazy packing frenzy! He used my favorite homemade honey and wheat dough pizza recipe!
Toppings included – yellow peppers, onions, pepperoni and cheese, plus the Dei Fratelli pizza sauce I had on my pizza last time I made it.
Usually I make this pizza before any big race, but since I won’t be home to make it Saturday night, it was nice to have it tonight!
Fiance made the dough a little thicker than I usually do, and it was amazing! Best pizza yet!
I had two slices like this! YUM!
It was so good – Jackson wanted some too!
Now that the packing is done, Fiancé and I are enjoying dinner and watching Couples Retreat! So far it’s good!
I enjoyed my pizza with a sparkling wine and a side of Jackson! The perfect additions to any meal. 🙂

I tend to overpack too! If I can carry it, I always like to have a few extras, just in case! Lately, I've tried to pack actual outfits for each day. That really helps eliminate too many extras.

I usually don't have too much of a problem when packing. I tend to keep it pretty simple and only bring the absolute necessities.
I hate packing too! But since I basically live in running clothes, it's convenient to just pack all running clothes. However I have to pack a lot of clothes because I usually have 2 changes of clothes a day plus pjs. So much!
