Yesterday for Valentine’s Day, fiancé and I took on the city! Our original plans for the day got changed last minute, so we had to improvise. A little birdie told me that there was going to be free parking in the city this weekend, so we headed down to center city.
Apparently everyone in the world heard that there was free parking this weekend, so that on top of the 3 feet of snow on the ground made parking very difficult. We drove around the city for a while until we finally found a spot!
We started walking around and then we passed by Love Park! With it being Valentine’s Day and all we totally had to stop by for some pictures! I love how from this angle you can see the Philadelphia Museum of Art right under the sign! Great view!
Fiancé and I waited in LINE to get our picture taken by the sign. Apparently everyone was feeling the LOVE yesterday.
It turned out to be a cute picture! And we have never had our picture taken there before, so I am glad we did!
After our photo shoot in Love Park we passed by City Hall. It was looking really beautiful yesterday with the sky all pretty, so I snapped some pictures for the blog.
I love that we live in such a pretty city!
The sky was seriously blowing my mind yesterday! I really don’t think it could have been any prettier!
This picture showcases City Hall on the left and the newer building on the Philadelphia skyline on the left. You got to love the Old & the New
All the cities I have been to have their own unique charm but Philadelphia will always hold a special place in my heart.
I really had a fun time playing with my camera today!
Is your city as pretty as Philly?
Also, check out what my Valentine got me! You can’t go wrong with roses, chocolates and a Valentine’s Day Card!
Thanks Valentine!
Did you have a romantical Valentine’s Day?

I'm so glad you and your husband had a nice Valentine's Day! The photos from the city are beautiful and the one's of you two in Love park are so cute.
the love picture is seriously priceless! Me and my two legged Valentine had a great day he got a gift for me and my favorite 4-legged Valentine to enjoy… A new crate that is HUGE and furniture quality since my little man doesn't want to be crateless and I wanted him to feel like he had a bedroom not a cell (totally MY hang-up I know)
