Greetings! I can’t believe it’s already Monday again! This weekend flew by! I am looking at another crazy busy week, so hopefully it will just fly by too!
I started off my Monday morning with a nice (new!) bowl of lovely oats with a side of tea. I had the last of my Walnut Cranberry Oats and I added in a banana, some coconut, chia seeds and some almond butter. The tea I enjoyed was Rishi Organic Sweet Tea and I love it because peppermint tea during Christmas is my favorite, but this is a mint tea that I enjoy all year round! Yum!
My mom brought me up some other goodies yesterday as well – including some pretty new bowls. Since she is one of my newest blog readers – HI MOM! – I told her I am always on the hunt for new cute bowls. She picked up some cute one for me! Thanks Mom!
I wish I had this bowl 2 weeks ago for Valentine’s Day! But red hearts never go out of style so I plan on using this bowl all year round! It’s perfect for oats!
Seriously, mom came BEARING GIFTS yesterday! She it just as much in ‘bridal mode’ as I am! Everything we see wedding related we purchase! It is going to be a very expensive 15 months (only 453 days!!) She picked up a little “Honeymoon Fund” bank for us to star saving for our big trip!
Do you have any wedding registry words of wisdom for us? Is there anything that would be a “must have” on your registry list?
Please share any advice you may have!

I swear your oats just get cuter and cuter every day. They're almost too adorable to eat! ALMOST.
I've been married forever, so my registry is just a faded memory. However–the one thing I would suggest is to keep the items practical. I suppose most brides these days do, but back when I got married I actually registered for china and stuff like that. Never use it! So go for the stuff you will really use.
Those bowls are so cute!
Such a cute bowl.. I LOVE LOVE it!!!
Your mom is the sweetest!
I would suggest SHEETS. Nice Sheets!
I LOVE oats and eat a cup of them every single day. I typically just add cinnamon but my wife recently made homemade granola and it takes DELICIOUS with it. Glad someone else shares my love of oats haha!
Something someone told me when we did ours was go for stuff you want but would not buy for yourself. Like the mixer you said you put on the list. The stuff you don't have to have but would love to have!
Ya know, you could always register for a bunch of cute bowls! =]
HEH, totally kidding! I've never been engaged, muchless married so wedding registries are BEYOND me!
I love the bowl!!! oh and the oats look yummy 🙂 i really like your blog..yay a new running buddy!
Register for something practical… but something that you wouldn't buy for yourself! It makes receiving that gift so much more enjoyable. 🙂
