Inperspire Towels: Sweat With A Purpose

Do you use a towel at the gym?

I have been in need of a gym towel for a LONG time. Since I moved into my new apartment, I have been lucky enough to have a gym a few feet away from me at all times. I have been using the gym a lot, its so much more comfortable to run on a treadmill (while watching my favorite TV show) than to brave the Philadelphia Winter cold!

I was recently sent an Inperspire towel to try out for the blog. I have never brought a towel with me to the gym before this, and let me tell you, I am now a gym towel convert!

Sometimes I get a little grossed out when I don’t have anything to wipe the sweat off me when I am pounding out some major miles on the treadmill. Gross I know, but having a towel with me made all the difference! I loved it!

Here is the motivation behind my towel pick: "Breath is life, and if you breathe well you will live long on earth." ~Sanskrit Proverb

I  enjoyed how the towel was a little bit of motivation for me as I ran. It reminded me to breathe, which is something I need to focus more on myself.

This towel made me run for joy on the treadmill!

I would like to share with you a little Towel Tip I have picked up over the years. If you are using a towel at the gym, make sure you have one side dedicated to touching your face and one side dedicated to touching the gym equipment.

With my Inperspire towel I used the part with the writing to touch my face, and kept the towel face up. That way you aren’t wiping your face with a towel that has been all over the nasty gym gear!

These towels are seriously motivational and great to have with you at the gym. Check out all the great motivation here. Some of my favorites other towels are:

Sometimes exercise gets tough and you may want to quit, but if you stay with it and work through it you will become stronger, better, faster. We promise. If you are ever skeptical about your existence, go out and sweat a little, that should clear up any questions.

If that’s not great motivation at the gym, I don’t know what is!

What are your thoughts on these towels?

Very cute towels! We just got word from our gym that they will be cutting out their complimentary towels come next November. Serious bummer, b/c it is so convenient not to have to remember to bring one along!

Love the towels, especial 'get that junk out of my trunk'! I use a towel and the gym and yoga, and hate when I forget it.

Love the towels they truly are inspirational at the gym. I use the Haba na haba towel which means, little by little fills the cup. This makes me workout harder because I have a reminder that even a few extra minutes will fill my cup!!

Great towels. I like the selection of quotes and phrases. The Sanskrit Proverb that inspired your towel is so neat. I also need to focus on breathing.

Thanks for the tip about keeping one side of the towel for the face. I hadn't thought of that before, but now that you mention it it seems so obvious. That's some of the best advice.

I love those towels, especially the junk and running one. My rec center provides towels and wiped for machines.
