I love when I go shopping in the beginning of the week and then I have lots of food choices to make a variety of things throughout the week! I know that’s pretty much how its supposed to be, this week has just been chock full of fabulous meals because of my shopping decisions earlier this week! Don’t you just love when it works out like that?? I started off with some Trader Joe’s Organic Vodka Sauce and then I sautéed some peppers and onions.
Put it all together with some pasta and top it off with some shredded parmesan cheese.

Boyf is also totally pumped for the Phillies game tonight, so we stocked up the fridge with a Samuel Adams Fall Variety Pack. It is currently taking over the entire top half of my fridge!
If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. I enjoyed a Sam Adams Oktoberfest. I requested Pumpkin Ale but the beer store across the street (yes there is one across the street!) was out! Maybe we can find some this weekend! Fingers Crossed!
For dessert later I had a glass of milk and one of the chocolate covered pretzels Kate got me! YUM! So happy that my crazy Thursday is over and I can now relax and enjoy the rest of the weekend. I have a to-do list that is a mile long, so hopefully I can cross some things off the list tomorrow!
