I am running low on supplies this week for my green monster mornings. This was the last of my spinach, and I doubt I will get more, since I only have 2 more mornings here. What will I do without my Green Monsters?! This one was very tasty. I finished off an almond milk so it was a little over a cup of milk, and it just made it very sweet and lovely. I also have packed away my seeds, so my GMs have been without flax, chia and wheat berries. Tear. It will be glorious when I am reunited in Philly with my seeds, and can bust open my new blender! So pumped.
Today’s GM was plain – spinach, banana, almond milk and ice. Nothing fancy added, everything else is packed away. I also busted out a blender from my grandpa, which I am pretty sure is an antique, but it does the job for now, so that’s all I need.
Here is Jackson posing with my GM. Look at how serious he looks. So regal. I love it. I am pretty sure he is sad I didn’t make him a GM.
I had to say goodbye to Mich on Sunday. She helped me hardcore organize and get rid of stuff I was holding on to but was never going to use. It was so sad saying goodbye to her. She had to leave from my house to go up to her Grandparents house because her grandma broke her knee (I think that’s what happened) and she is coming back on Thursday, but I will already be gone. TEAR! She was so sweet, she brought me a goodbye/housewarming bag of goodies. She got me Get Happy Tea, since I will be so sad because we will be states apart, a berry bowl, which you can use to rinse the berries, and then store them/take them with you, and they don’t sit in water, it’s awesome. She also got me two awesome storage bags, since I will be having to share my space with a boy, and a candy rosary, which is a little inside thing between us. But I love it all, it was so thoughtful and sweet. Thanks Mich! You have to come up and visit me ASAP! XOXO!
I am still packing and organizing, obviously, but in a little bit I am going to see My Sister’s Keeper with the bride. I am excited, because I just finished the book, and I have heard good things about the movie. I heard from Polly that there was a few very big differences between the movie and the book. So excited to go see it and spend the day with the bride! I am so sad to leave my Virginia friends, I will miss everyone terribly, but Philly is only a short drive/train/bus ride away. I know we will all keep in touch!
Off to the movies! Happy Tuesday!

Can't wait to read about what you think of the movie. The picture of Jackson is very cute.
you totally have to tell me what the differences are from the book and movie! I hate when movies arent the same as the book, which is all the time.
