Mother’s Day Recap & Great Fall Park : Round 2

So yesterday was a fabulous Mother’s Day. As I posted yesterday, I got a beautiful card from Jackson. He and Boyf are so sweet.

We started off the morning with pictures in the backyard. Here is my mom and I, and then Boyf and I. Obviously, Jackson and I are a package deal so he is in the picture too!

For brunch, we went to Vinifera, which is a wine bar and bistro by my house. We started off our meal there with a mango juice and a mimosa. Yum!

I had the lobster frittata and it was TO DIE FOR. So good, seriously. There was some serious YUM going on on my plate. I enjoyed the decorations on the plate too. The petals (yes petals) on my plate we edible. I ate it ALL. Post brunch, we headed back to Great Falls (again) . To enter the park you pay $5.00, and the pass they give you is good for 3 days. So my parents were talking about how they wanted to see the falls since it rained so much this week, and we went over there to check it out. Clearly, Jackson came again too. The Falls had less water this time! So nuts how in less than 24 hours there was a noticeable difference in the water going through.

These are the flowers I got for my mom. I just LOVE the color! So fresh. I also got her this purple pearl necklace and earring set she had been eyeing up. She very much enjoyed it. 🙂
