I love me some leftovers! Leftover home made lasagna and a side salad! What a perfect combination for a Thursday night! I love making ANYTHING with lots of leftovers. Stuff I can put in the freezer for a rainy day. PERFECTION! I heated this little guy up in the microwave because I didn’t want to wait for the oven, so it splattered a little bit. Please excuse the mess on my plate. It may not look beautiful, but it tasted yummmmmmy!
