Can someone please explain to me how it can be in the high 60’s, almost 70 degree out, in the beginning of November, yet the trees understand its time to start shutting down, and the result is fall. It was such a beautiful day today, but when I woke up this morning, half the freakin’ leaves were off the trees already, in preparation for winter. Since it is turning out to be such a mild fall, I am going to put it out there that I am guessing winter won’t be so bad/cold. But because I just said that it will probably be a nightmare. Either way, the leaves have officially turned all sorts of beautiful colors in VA. They are on their way from high in the treetops, down to the ground.
